1. All prices, including trade prices are in pounds sterling and are quoted inclusive of VAT at 17.5%.

2. All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. We will endeavor to keep the site fully updated with new products and removing old ones. If your order cannot be fulfilled we will notify you with an option of waiting for the product to become available or be given a full refund for the product which is unavailable.

3. We reserve the right to change delivery costs and method of postage at any time. We will advise method of delivery and costs on orders over 2kg.

4. Payment will be debited from your account before the dispatch of your purchase. We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is within our power to do so, to keep the details of your order secure, however if we are not negligent, we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer, if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from our site.

5. In the unlikely event that your product is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us in writing. In the case of non-delivery please wait 28 days from the date of your order in case it has been delayed. In the case of damaged goods please retain the product and contact us within 7 days of receipt.

6. A confirmation email will be sent on receipt of your paid order and another after its dispatch.

7. We hope you won't have any complaints but if you do they will be dealt with and rectified as soon as possible.

8. You have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days of receiving the goods. A refund will be sent within 30 days subject to the goods being returned in perfect condition.

9. Returns - we are sure that you will be delighted with our products but in the unlikely event that you are not, we are happy to exchange any item of your order. Please return the item for exchange within 14 days of receipt.

Please return your goods to us in the original packaging and in resaleable condition. We recommend that you obtain proof of posting when returning items, as they remain your responsibility until we have received them. Goods are returned to Seadragon at your own expense, however, we will send your exchange back out to you at no extra charge.

You will receive your exchanged order (when in stock) within 5 working days of us receiving the goods.

10. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 21 days of the dispatch date with your receipt, providing the goods are not damaged, and you will receive a full refund.

Nothing in the above guarantee affects your legal rights (Your statutory rights are not affected)

12. We reserve the right to withdraw any products form this website at anytime and/or remove or edit any materials or content on this web site. We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any product from this website whether or not that product has been sold; removing or editing any materials or content on the website; refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.

We are committed to protecting your privacy and will only use the information you give us lawfully in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We request your name and address to enable us to provide you with an efficient after-sales service but we WILL NOT pass your name and address to ANY third parties. If you make a purchase you will be added to our customer database for future receipt of our printed mail-order catalogue unless you specify otherwise. If requested you may also be added to an emailing list to be notified of new products and special offers. We will give you the chance of refusing any marketing email from us.
