Ordering

Online - you can order online 24/7, simply choose a product and click on the add to cart button. You can carry on browsing our site and add more products to your order, until you are ready to pay. Our payment process is hosted via the paypal secure server, so your credit card details are safe. You will be sent an email confirming your order as soon as payment is received and a further email confirming the despatch of your order.

Email - you can place an order by emailing info@seadragonpublishing.co.uk. Please include your credit/debit card number, expiry date and issue number with your order.

Phone - phone over your order on 01603 490054 between 10am and 5pm Monday to Friday and pay using your credit/debit card. Outside these hours you can leave a message on our answer machine and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.

Fax - fax your order at any time on +44 (0) 1603 490054 enclosing the necessary credit/debit card details.

Post - send your order by post to Seadragon Publishing, 12 Corie Road, Norwich, Norfolk NR4 7JB. Please enclose a cheque payable to Seadragon Publishing or your credit/debit card details.


Trade Ordering

Trade customers please click the link and (Apply here for a trade account). We will send you an email with a password which will enable you to access trade pricing.

For new trade customers we require payment at the time of placing your first order. Subsequent orders on 30 day invoice terms (subject to references).

Trade products are sold in multiples of six or twelve and giftwrap in 25s.

Trade prices are quoted inclusive of VAT at 17.5%


Trade Delivery

Carriage for orders over £100 ex VAT (£117.50 inc VAT) is free, orders under £100 ex VAT are charged at £7. Delivery via UPS.


Overseas Trade Orders and Delivery

Overseas trade customers please contact us for prices and delivery charges. International orders will be dispatched via Airmail.


Delivery

We offer free mainland UK delivery on all (non-trade) orders over £10.00. Orders under £10.00 will be charged an additional £1 for delivery.

We will aim to dispatch your goods on the same day of receipt of a paid order. We will do our best to dispatch your goods as quickly as possible but we cannot guarantee their prompt arrival. If you need something in a hurry, send us an email and we’ll do our best to help. You will be advised of any delay or if an item is out of stock. All goods will be sent by Royal Mail 2nd class service and should be delivered within 3-5 working days.

If you would prefer to have your goods sent by Royal Mail 1st class guaranteed delivery (signature required), you can add this option to your shopping basket by choosing "guaranteed delivery" listed under products on the home page.

All goods will be dispatched to the delivery address on the order. We can't replace or refund lost orders if the address you have provided is incorrect so please take care. We can replace or refund items genuinely lost provided they meet Royal Mail’s criteria.


Returns

We are sure that you will be delighted with the products you order but in the unlikely event that you are not, we are happy to exchange any item of your order. Please return the item for exchange within 14 days of receipt.

Please return your purchase to us in the original condition that you received it from us. We would strongly recommend that all exchanges and returns are sent to us by "signed for" delivery as we cannot be held responsible for items which fail to reach us. Goods are returned to Seadragon at your own expense, however, we will send your exchange back out to you at no extra charge.

You will receive your exchanged order (when in stock) within 5 working days of us receiving the goods.


Out of stock items

We sell a lot of cards so inevitably there may be times when some will be out of stock. We always endeavor to state when we are due the delivery of an out of stock item, if we know the date. When products are ordered out of stock, we will only send out the order when all the items are able to be posted together.


Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, please inform us as soon as possible, as orders are packed and dispatched almost immediately.

If you change your mind about an order after it has been dispatched, please return it to us in the original protective envelope or other protective packaging and we will refund the cost of all items received in pristine condition. We will not refund any postage charges incurred by you.
